Go Healthy Go Fish Oil 2,000 Compact Odourless SoftGel Capsules are easy to swallow compact capsule with double the omega-3s of standard fish oil which supports cardiovascular health and brain function, and is for joint health and comfort.
Go Fish Oil 2,000 Compact provides a concentrated source of EPA and DHA. DHA is one of the most abundant fatty acids in the brain required for healthy brain function and is essential for the proper growth and development of the brain, nervous system and retina of the eyes. Supplementation with Omega-3 fatty acids may assist in the relief of dry eye syndrome. Fish Oil has also shown to support joint health and comfort. Omega-3 fatty acids are important as the body cannot produce them and they can therefore only be obtained from the diet. GO Healthy Fish Oils are mercury tested.

Equiv. Omega-3 Marine Triglycerides: 620mg.
Equiv: Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA): 360mg.
Equiv. Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA): 240mg.
DIRECTIONS
Adults: Take 1-2 SoftGel Capsules daily, with meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
For Joint Swelling: Adults: Take up to 2 SoftGel Capsules 3 times daily, with meals, or as professionally prescribed.
Take in conjunction with a healthy balanced diet.
